Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks has been an American actress for seven years. Her most recognizable performance was that of Joan Holloway, in AMC's dramatic period drama Mad Men. Her work in the series has earned her critical praise and six Emmy award nominations in the category of best support actress class. Through her 20-year career she also was recognized for her performance in comedy dramatic Another Period, a crime thriller dubbed Tin Star. Her most well-known work is her performance in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey at Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Her voice can also be heard in the animation film From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 & Scoob! Her career began as a fashion model, and worked as a model for a few years prior to making her debut on television with Undressed. Her first note-worthy role as a character in the comedy series Beggars and Choosers. Following that, she was praised for her performance in Firefly. Esquire magazine honoured her with the title of sexiest and the most beautiful American woman in 2010 in their annual survey.
